My Experience in Dentistry

With over 25 years in dentistry, I’ve built my career working in every area of a dental office—from the front desk to clinical support to leading day-to-day operations.

I started in the clinical side as a Registered Dental Assistant and grew into leadership roles where I managed systems, supported teams, and helped practices run efficiently at a high level. I’ve worked in fast-paced, multi-doctor offices, supported high patient volumes, and played a key role in helping practices grow and stay organized as they expanded.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when systems aren’t working, the schedule is full, and the team is stretched thin—because I’ve been there. I’ve been the person making it all come together behind the scenes.

Her Dental Solutions was created to provide the kind of support I know dental offices actually need—hands-on, practical, and tailored to each practice. Not generic consulting. Real solutions that work in a busy, real-world dental environment.

Throughout my career, I have:

  • Managed high-volume, multi-doctor dental practices

  • Supported offices seeing 40–80+ patients per day

  • Played a key role in growing practices to multi-million dollar operations

  • Supported the growth of a startup practice from 4 operatories to 12 operatories

  • Helped scale a startup practice to over 4 million in collections

  • Successfully helped grow two practices from 4 operatories to 10+ operatories

  • Led front office teams, clinical teams, and administrative systems

  • Built and implemented systems that improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow

  • Overseen insurance, billing, and revenue cycle processes from start to finish

  • Trained team members in patient communication, scheduling, and operations

  • Supported leadership teams in building structure, accountability, and consistency

  • Maintained hands-on experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
